Referral Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
- This free prize draw is being organized and authorized by New Start Mortgage Company Pty Ltd ACN 127 802 484 As Trustee For The New Start Mortgage Company Unit Trust (New Start) of Suite 3, 171-173 Main Street, Osborne Park WA 6017.
- This prize draw is open to all recipients of the official New Start Referral Card.
- Entrants must provide the names and telephone numbers of 2 true referral leads on the provided referral card and return to New Start for entry to draw.
- Applicants may enter the draw as often as they wish provided they use the official New Start referral card.
- Prize will consist of an accommodation gift voucher to the maximum value of $500 at a venue chosen by the winner. No further cost or expenses will be provided for.
- The half yearly draws will be conducted on the last business day of June and December each year until further notice, with the first draw commencing on the last business day June 2009. New Start has the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without recourse.
- Entries provided are only valid in the time period leading up to a draw. After a draw has been completed, all entries in that draw will be cancelled allowing for new entries for the next 6 monthly draw period.
- There will only be one winner at each 6 monthly draw and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- All terms and conditions of this prize draw are at the discretion, adjudication and finalization of New Start Mortgage Company Pty Ltd.
